A special bond cleaning checklist is followed by our cleaners. Within 72 hours of the bond cleaning, if your property manager or agent notices anything missing from the bond cleaning checklist, we will send it back to you free of charge.
It is best to remove the furniture before doing bond cleaning. Keeping the electricity on is also important so our vacuum cleaners and other cleaning equipment can work.
Our team can clean the exterior of your property if necessary. You'll need to let us know at the time of booking. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you want us to clean your house's walls or garden, let us know so we can schedule the job and calculate the cost.
We clean windows from the inside and outside located on the ground floor only. cleaning windows involves cleaning their tracks, frames, and glass.
If you want to stay or leave, it's up to you. We'll finish up our work and lock up the property when we're done.

IPSWICH Home & Yard Services is a journey that began from a Mazda Ute, a Honda Mower, A Honda Hedge trimmer, a Honda Whipper snipper, and a blower. And believe it or not, these old gadgets are still part of my life, and the work taken from them is still special to me.
I used to mow the lawn on my own while babysitting my two toddlers, one and three years old, respectively. Despite all the hardships of managing lawns and my two little lads together, I never stopped helping people to my best.
